The static converters for the ancillary’s services supply of the locomotives are designed and manufactured in two versions for each of the two types of locomotives:

- by replacing the DC motors with AC motors for the diesel-electric locomotives
- by replacing the capacitors three-phase system with a symmetric three-phase system for the electric locomotives.

The converters have a modular construction and have an events diagnosis and storage system on a local unit that communicates with the control central unit of the locomotives.

The static converters for the ancillary’s services supply of the trains are designed and manufactured according to their specific consumers, respectively.
